A standard installation takes one business day per store. Our team reviews camera mapping, zone configuration, and alert routing with your operations manager. Most stores are fully live by the end of the day.

No. An on-site agent inside your store handles all video processing. Frames are processed locally and discarded. Only structured event data, including timestamps, zone labels, and severity scores, reaches the operations dashboard. Video does not leave your store network.

Yes. Pilot covers up to 5 stores, so you can begin with one location. There is no minimum below the Pilot tier. One store provides a focused proof-of-concept before you roll out across your full network.

Every tier includes all three modules: Restock Intelligence, Loss Prevention, and Display Compliance. No module add-ons or upsells apply. During setup, you choose which modules are active at each store.
