Store Ops Vision
Your Existing Cameras, Powering Live Store Ops
Youtiligent makes existing live camera feeds real-time staff alerts: restock, loss prevention, display alerts. No new hardware.
Low shelf fill found in Aisle 7, Bay 3
Fill ratio under threshold (34%). Assigned to floor staff. Triggered 47 seconds ago.
Regional chains have cameras everywhere, but few connect them to operations.
Most store cameras support incident review, not daily decisions. Footage stays on a DVR until something goes wrong. Between visits, operations teams are working without visibility.
Managers hear about stockouts from customer complaints, not empty shelves.
Loss prevention examines footage hours later, with no chance to intervene in the moment.
Store staff report display compliance themselves, with no independent check before a regional visit.
Cameras capture everything, but nothing becomes a decision staff can act on.
How It Works
Three seconds, camera to action
Connect your existing RTSP feeds to Youtiligent. Each frame is analyzed at the edge. Staff receive a precise alert naming the aisle, shelf zone, and required action.
Connect the cameras you have
Supports installed ONVIF-compatible IP cameras. No hardware replacement or new cabling. An on-site agent connects in one business day.
Youtiligent analyzes every live frame
Computer vision inference runs at the edge on your store network. Video stays in the store. Only structured event data reaches the cloud dashboard.
Staff get an actionable alert
Alerts come through WhatsApp, email, or webhook/dashboard, identifying the aisle, shelf zone, and required action. No review queue. No ambiguity.
Three Modules
Three decisions your cameras can make automatically
All modules use the same cameras, and all three come with every plan.
Restock Intelligence
Shelf-fill detection checks each product zone. When the fill ratio falls below your threshold, staff receive an alert naming the aisle and bay. No manual shelf walks between openings.
In pilot stores, restock response fell from hours to under 12 minutes
Loss Prevention
Behavioral detection flags extended dwell by high-value shelves, repeated handling without cart movement, and unusual movement near exits. Alerts go to LP staff with zone, camera, and timestamp.
Under 4% false-positive rate in high-value zones in pilot
Display Compliance
The model compares each zone's shelf state with its reference planogram image and flags category deviations. Weekly store and zone scores help keep seasonal resets and promotional endcaps on track.
Based on our early-access data, pilot stores found display deviations in their first weekly compliance report
Early Access Results
We doubted our existing cameras could provide enough resolution. Two weeks into the pilot, we found a dairy-aisle restock gap that had reduced sales every Friday afternoon for months. The alert identified the exact bay and missing items. That single catch covered the trial cost.Head of Operations, at a regional grocery chain with 12 stores, in our early-access program
