What Youtiligent reads from every frame
Three detection layers running continuously on your existing camera infrastructure. No footage review required.
Zone-level fill rate, computed every shift
Youtiligent breaks your store floor into configurable zones, each mapped to a camera field of view. Fill rate is computed per zone throughout each shift, using pixel-level analysis of shelf occupancy against a baseline calibration image.
When zone fill drops below your threshold (high: 85%, medium: 70%, low: 50%), an out-of-stock alert is generated and routed to the relevant staff. Thresholds are configured per zone during setup and can be updated from the dashboard at any time.
- Per-zone fill percentage updated continuously
- Configurable thresholds per zone and per store
- Alert fires within 3 minutes of threshold crossing
- Zone occupancy history retained for shift reporting
Alerts reach the right person, automatically
When a zone falls below threshold, the alert is routed within 3 minutes through the channels your team actually uses. Youtiligent does not create a separate notification app to adopt: alerts go to your existing inbox, Slack channel, or webhook endpoint.
Routing rules are set per zone during configuration. Dairy aisle alerts can go to the fresh produce lead; end-cap alerts can go to the merchandising contact. No global alert flood.
- Email digest included on all plans
- Slack webhook and HTTP POST on Growth and Chain plans
- Alert includes zone name, fill level, and timestamp
- No footage clip attached: alert only, no video transfer
Unusual patterns flagged before footage review
Youtiligent monitors dwell time and movement patterns across defined exit zones and high-shrink areas. No one watches the footage. The system identifies statistically unusual behavior against the store's own baseline and sends an alert.
The distinction from traditional CCTV: traditional systems record for post-incident review after a loss event is discovered. Youtiligent flags anomalous patterns in the current shift so floor staff can respond before the shift ends.
- Dwell-time anomaly detection per zone
- Entry and exit pattern monitoring
- Baseline adapts to store traffic patterns by day and hour
- No facial recognition. No biometric data collected.
A daily score for every display, not just weekly floor walks
You upload your planogram reference images during setup. Youtiligent compares the current camera view of each display against the reference daily and generates a compliance score from 0 to 100.
A store scoring below 80 triggers an automatic exception report sent to the merchandising contact. The report shows exactly which section drifted and by how much, so the team corrects the specific display without a full-store walk.
- Compliance score 0-100 generated daily per display
- Exception report auto-sent when score falls below 80
- Trend history shows compliance over the past 30 days
- Custom zone templates available on Chain plan
One screen covers all your locations
Each morning, the dashboard shows every store's current status at a glance: shelf fill percentage, open alert count, and planogram compliance score. Drill into any store for zone-level detail.
| Store | Shelf Fill | OOS Alerts | Planogram | Status |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| North Branch | 93% | 0 | 88 | On target |
| City Centre | 78% | 2 | 74 | Needs attention |
| East Side | 91% | 1 | 91 | On target |
