About
Made for store floors
A small Tel Aviv team creating operational intelligence for physical retail.
Why we made it
Avichai spent years alongside operations teams at regional retail chains across Israel. Nearly every chain faced the same pattern: cameras covered every aisle, while work still relied on walkthroughs, manager check-ins, and staff reports arriving too late to act on.
A stockout hits aisle seven at nine in the morning. The manager learns about it at eleven, after a customer complains. An LP incident at the endcap appears in footage review two days later. Display compliance relies on self-reported checklists completed by the people managing those displays. Cameras capture everything, but nothing is processed.
Youtiligent filled the missing layer. Cameras already capture the information needed for tighter operations. We built an inference and routing layer that reads those feeds in real time and delivers specific, actionable decisions to staff before the impact grows.
Founded in Tel Aviv in 2024, Youtiligent is bootstrapped: we grow by proving ROI to partners, not by raising money. Our team is deliberately small, and everyone has spent time on a store floor or built real-time systems for high-throughput physical environments.
Our team
Avichai Belitsky
CEO and Co-Founder
Spent years working directly with operations teams at regional retail chains, seeing the same recurring issue: cameras captured everything, but nobody had the bandwidth to turn footage into decisions. He brings that operator viewpoint to each product decision at Youtiligent.
Noa Raz
CTO and Co-Founder
Before co-founding Youtiligent, built real-time computer vision pipelines for high-throughput physical environments. Her focus is edge inference and keeping decision latency low enough for staff action within the same minute. She designed the on-site agent architecture around the network and hardware limits typical of retail chains.
Dov Kimhi
Head of Retail Partnerships
Spent years leading loss prevention and operations programs across multi-store regional chains. He knows which alerts field staff will act on and which turn into background noise by week two. He guides how Youtiligent fits chain operations without creating alert fatigue.
